What we collect
Name, email and phone, payment data (handled by Stripe and not stored by us), and technical data: cookies, IP address and on-site behaviour.
How we use data
To provide services, process payments, support users, run analytics and marketing — the latter only with your consent.
Sharing with third parties
We share data only with vetted providers (payments, analytics, email) and never sell it.
Server visit log
For security, abuse prevention and diagnostics we keep a server-side log of requests: page path, time, User-Agent and the visitor's network. The IP address itself never reaches the log — only an irreversible hash of it and the /24 network. This log rests on legitimate interest, is never used for advertising, and is deleted after 90 days.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent, by writing to our contact email.
Retention & security
Data is kept on secure servers for as long as needed for the processing purposes or as required by law.
